WE ARE Buse Education Services

Buse Education Services was founded by an educator for educators. Our vision is to foster school growth and student achievement through job-embedded professional services. We do not simply sell products and book days: we work with our partners to increase student achievement and district performance by increasing the capacity and autonomy of their educators.

We use current and retired educators who have distinguished themselves in their respective fields and are dedicated to providing personalized growth opportunities for all stakeholders. Buse Education Services’ consultants are prepared to provide high quality training and support to meet the ever-changing needs of 21st century teachers and administrators. We will help you customize your district’s professional development plan to meet your specific needs, even if that means recommending other service providers to help meet those needs.

Margaret Buse

Margaret Buse is a career educator and lifelong learner who has dedicated her life to improving public education. Margaret holds a B.S. in Elementary Education from Blue Mountain College, a Masters of Education from Mississippi College, a Masters in School Leadership from the University of North Alabama and an Educational Specialist degree from Mississippi State University. She has 36+ years of experience during which time she successfully served as a classroom teacher, k-12 counselor, vocational counselor, test coordinator, administrator, school improvement specialist and a data coach. The variety of Margaret’s experience coupled with her passion for improving public education makes her uniquely qualified to provide support and guidance for schools and districts wanting to move to the next level.
